Caché McClay currently serves as the inaugural Beyoncé Knowles-Carter reporter, hired by USA TODAY Network. Prior to this role, she worked as a writer, producer and on-camera talent at TMZ in Los Angeles. Caché has also worked as a writer/producer for Hearst Television and BBC News in the nation’s capital.She first began her career as a part-time on-air personality for Radio One’s z107.9 station in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Caché graduated from Howard University, where she covered stories inside the White House and worked for major outlets such as NBC News and NBC Universal. Upon graduating, she became an award-winning journalist, receiving the NABJ Salute to Excellence Award in 2017. Last year, she received two NABJ nods for her work covering Beyoncé.
