Callie Kozak is 17 years old and a senior at Clinton High School (CHS) in Clinton, New York. She is the president of Student Council, and a member of the National Honor Society, the Tri-M Honor Society, the Gender and Sexuality Alliance, and the Leaders of Environmental Awareness and Protection club at CHS. Callie is also the captain of the Varsity Cheerleading Team. During her senior year, Callie is completing two internships: WKTV, the local television news station, and The Waterville Times, the local newspaper. In her free time, she attends dance classes at Dance From The Heart in Sherrill, NY for the competition team, tutors, drinks coffee, reads, and spends time with her friends. After attending the Washington Journalism and Media Conference, Callie is set on pursuing a career in communications and journalism and looks forward to exploring new opportunities within the field.
