Rowan Bissett is a senior at Athens Drive Magnet High School in Raleigh, North Carolina. She attended WJMC in 2025 (#onWednesdayswewearpink) and couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Youth Advisory Board. At school, Rowan is the editor-in-chief of her school’s student run newspaper The Athens Oracle, a member of her school’s varsity volleyball team, a board member of National Honor Society and Key Club, and an active member of Speech and Debate and Mock Trial. Rowan plans to major in International relations in college, with a minor in journalism.
