Sheila Hodges is currently a junior at St. Johns Country Day School in Orange Park, Florida. She knew she wanted to be a news anchor was after joining the news crew in elementary school because the thrill of reporting news while embracing her personality was incomparable to any other feeling. The 2018 Washington Journalism and Media Conference further nourished and confirmed her love for broadcast journalism. With the support of the WJMC Youth Advisory Board, she strives to set the world on fire with even more life-changing journalists, who want to use their pens and cameras to end global problems.
