JOSH DI FIORE
Intern, Alum 2024
Joshua is from Long Beach California. He has always loved sports. He has been playing baseball since he was 5 years old. Now he plays in high school at Long Beach Wilson High School. He is a senior and hopefully will go to the University of Nebraska to study sports communication. He attended WJMC 2024 and can’t wait to come back in 2025.
HAYDEN ROBERTS
Hayden Roberts, or Sawyer Roberts is a student at Lake Highland Preparatory School. She plays travel club volleyball with Tribe and has the chance to grow her leadership while traveling with her friends to play the sport she loves. Roberts looks to pursue a career in sports journalism, through playing college athletics. While she has not made her commitment official she is privately verbally committed to the University of Southern California.
TYRA BROWN
Tyra loves to write and puts her heart into the written word to express herself and her creativity. She was also a cheerleader she loved the energy of this sport and the teamwork it involves. She is curious about how the human brain works and wants to be a psychologist, commit her life to understanding, and help others. She likes researching everything, from learning something new to creating ideas. Tyra is always open to new experiences and loves trying out everything new coming her way, be it a hobby, some kind of sport, or trying out foods.
KATE TUXHORN
Kate is a junior at Central Arkansas Christian school and a 2024 National Youth Correspondent from Little Rock, Arkansas. She is the head photographer of her school’s yearbook staff and enjoys playing soccer as a goalkeeper. Kate loved her experience at WJMC and cherishes every moment and memory made. She is grateful for all of the knowledge and experience she gained and cannot wait to contribute to this year’s Youth Advisory Board!
ELIZABETH SAADA
Elizabeth Saada is a junior from Marlboro, New Jersey. As an avid journalist and traveler she hopes to become a nature photo journalist. After participating in the WJMC program this summer, Elizabeth’s excited to come back and help new participants make their way through the program. She can’t wait to start through the Youth Advisory Prgram and learn more about the industry world.
MACKENZIE CAMPBELL
Mackenzie Campbell is a senior at Fellowship Christian School. She is in the third year of being the editor of the Yearbook Staff. She is an active photographer who loves taking sports and event photography. If she is not at school or taking pictures, she is an avid equestrian and loves hanging out at the barn. Her favorite part of WJMC was visiting the National Press Club and getting to know the people in her color group.
PEYTON TRIANO
Peyton Triano is a junior at Kinnelon High School. She is the editor-in-chief of her school newspaper and hopes to become a sports journalist/broadcaster in the future. She attended the WJMC in the summer of 2024 and is forever grateful for the experiences it taught her.
NATALIE STAVIS
Natalie Stavis is a junior at Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. She attended WJMC in 2024. She has a passion for the arts and wishes to pursue a career in journalism. She is involved in many activities involving music, visual arts, and photography.
LIZ VILLA
Liz Villa is a senior in high school in Virginia, and is the youngest ever and longest running editor-in-chief of her schools journalism program. She is also the lead CAPPIES critic for her school. In her spare time, she enjoys theatre, writing, reading, and crafting.
